Stuck in an Abandoned School

You grab the purple one and began to retreat back so that you have a better angle of sight. The man dives for a purple one too, and then he retreats. In a movement so fast that you thought you imagined it, the man swings his arm. The ball is propelled through the air and knocks into Paul's chest. As Paul walks towards the sideline to watch the rest of the game, you realize that you are all alone now. The man runs towards the center of the court to grab another purple ball. You seize the moment that the man is focused on the ball and not you. You chuck your ball at him. It hits him right in the head.
Paul screams, “WOOHOO!”
You are overwhelmed with joy and happiness.
Then you hear the man say in a pouty voice, “No fair, I wanted to win. The million dollars has been transferred into your bank account, and you may leave.”
You and Paul sprint for the exit, glad to finally be free.
