Happy Face

The creature wails and pleades you to help, but you continue moving to the other door. The chains on the creature rattle as it tries to break free. It curses at you, at how you are a nothing. You reach the door and go through. Inside is 5 large TVs in a black and white footage. You look closely at the picture it depicts, and with a sense of dread,you realize that one of the screens is focused on your house. Zoomed in right on your bedroom window. You push the horror down and look at the next monitor. Your usual hangout spot. The cameras focused on a group of people, your friends conversing. The next two monitors are blank static. The last is weird. It's black with a little white box in the center. There's the shadow of a figure. You try to understand what is happening, but you can't make anything out. Suddenly, the screen moves, as if the camera adjsuted focus. Still all you see is the shadow of someone. You touch the screen, and jump backwards as the person in the monitor follows your movements. You wave your hand, and again it shadows. The camera is on you, you realize. Your ears pick up someone breathing in a raspy wheeze.
