My Rich Neighbor
You stroll to the back of the room. The blonde girl looks up at you and smiles. You immediately recognize her, you think her name is Julissa or something. Your friend Johnathan talks about her all time now that they're going out. You sit down and try to join in on the conversation.
"You're going out with Johnathan right," the blonde girl turns around and smiles widely, happy that you acknowledged this fact.
"Yes, he is the sweetest and nicest guy I have ever met," she gushes. She turns back around and tells them a story about their first date. You decide to tune them out but a girl with short black hair moves to sit in front of you.
"She never stops talking about him. We've all heard this story about a million times," she says with a laugh. She's really cute with her hair held back by hair clips. She looks at you. "My name's Kate, no need to introduce yourself everyone knows who you are," she says but then blushes.
"Yeah, that one rich kid who doesn't talk to anyone," you say slightly annoyed. She laughs.
"No, you're known as being one of the hottest guys at this school," she blurts out but blushes again. "Sorry, I meant to say that you-" you interrupt her.
"It's fine! It was pretty much a compliment right?" She nods and the teacher, Mr. Waters. He instructs us to take out our star maps and finish them.
"Wanna be my partner?" Kate asks motioning to the assignment.
