A Day in the Life

TV chill time sounds amazing to you. You go to your front room and sit down on the couch ready to stretch out and decompress until it is time to head out. You swipe up the remote from the coffee table as you sit down and press the power button. You have smart TV and it springs to life as you press the power button but instead of your home screen, the TV is black with a message bouncing around the screen, "No Internet Connection"

"Are you kidding me?" you think to yourself. You sigh, but are not too alarmed as you are a techie and can usually fix the WiFi no problem. You get up from your lounging position on the couch, walk over to the WiFi box, and lean over it. Hmm, there is almost nothing registering on the box. It seems like this will require a reset on the WiFi provider's end.

Might as well get this done now instead of later. You will have to use a Video Relay Service (VRS) to call your WiFi provider's tech support. You currently are have an account with two VRS companies. Sorenson Communications is definitely the largest in the area and people from all across the country use Sorenson. Their interpreters are dressed very professionally and though a bit rigid, they're good at what they do. Purple is a newer company and therefore smaller, but the interpreters are more laid-back and friendly. Which will you use today?
