One Way Out
You decided to run to the woodshop. There were potential weapons there. You just wanted to get ahold of something to defend yourself in this chaos, were you to blame? In the shop, you saw Adrienne hiding out. You were wary of her. Maybe she had the same motives as you, or maybe she's out to get you. The two of you look at each other, each trying to gauge the other.
You hear footsteps. Adrienne did too. You dive behind a bench before Adrienne could react. She scrambled behind another desk but the footsteps were here. I peeked over the desk. It was Brandon. He was lugging a semi-conscious Cecily. Brandon's eyes were fixed on Adrienne and she had nowhere to go.
Brandon held out a rusty knife and approached Adrienne. Adrienne was crying as she backed into the corner. You squeezed into the desk, willing the darkness to cover you. He made Adrienne sit in a chair as Brandon tied Cecily to a work table. He cackled under his breath as he did this and frequently checked Adrienne. After Cecily was firmly tied to the table, Brandon turned to Adrienne.
He got behind her and whispered something into her ear. Adrienne's tears were coming down faster. She started to beg Brandon to stop. Brandon just pushed Adrienne towards the bench. She reluctantly turned the switch on and the woodsaw started spinning. Cecily tried to get as far away as she could from it, but she couldn't do much, not with those restraints.
"Pull down the lever!" Brandon yelled at Adrienne. Adrienne shook her head. Brandon's knife dug into her neck and small drips of blood fell down onto the ground. Adrienne gripped the lever and slowly pulled it down. When the saw was a molecule away from Cecily, Adrienne stopped. Brandon grabbed her wrist and forced it down.
Cecily's chest had a line down the middle. You force yourself to stay quiet, and not to vomit after seeing this. Brandon simply laughed at this. Adrienne collapsed onto the floor, crying. I took this moment to look around, trying to find a way to escape before Brandon finds you. You couldn't move out of your desk without being seen but it wasn't too far of a run to the door.
There was a silhouette in the door frame. You risk a glance at them and you saw Emma Aaron. Why wasn't she doing anything? She turned her back and left. Maybe you could leave right here and now. Then, you saw Brandon cross the room towards Adrienne. He forcefully grabbed her and threw her at the table where Cecily died. He took his time positioning Adrienne's neck so that it would cross the path of the blade.
He was going to decapitate her.
