It never ends
Despite how fast this train is moving, you feel no concern about climbing out the window. The screen pops out easily and you wiggle your way out. Your body is immediately thrown out the train and you flail about in the air for a few moments before hitting the ground and flailing there. This tears up your skin and breaks many of your bones. Eventually you stop rolling and collapse in a heap.
You may be in a great deal of pain, but you're still alive. You lie there for a while, contemplating your life choices. There's not much else you can do, really, with all the broken bones and whatnot. Somehow, your wounds start to mend. Your limbs twitch as your skin stitches itself back together and your bones shift back into place. Eventually you finish healing, and you manage to stand up.
Your clothes are torn up and sticky with blood. The train is long gone by now, and now there's nothing but the desert and a set of train tracks. You're really not sure what the point of jumping out the window was.
