The CDF is quick to want to bomb the Rraey upon learning of their encampment locations, but you are able to talk them into a negotiation with the Rraey leader. It is found in the meeting that they will cease attack on the planet if they are able to acquire a piece of Consu technology that supposedly gives them the power to reanimate the dead.
