In The Day

The two of you go your separate ways and you almost sigh with relief when you turn on the T.V. when you get home. Ah, you think to yourself, you finally have some time to relax by yourself. Frankly tonight is just not your night, because when you turn on the T.V. you see the news person talking about the state of the Earth and how the United Nations declared that the world only has until 2030 to change their actions.

"Are you kidding me?" you huff to yourself, turning off the T.V.

Why is this talk everywhere you go?

You decide to just go to bed and that maybe tomorrow all of this environmental news will blow over.
