In The Day

The rest of the dinner goes by smoothly. After you two go your separate ways, you can't help but think about what they said. The thoughts didn't escape you until you got home, your body desperately screaming at you to go to bed. You trudge to your bedroom and fall on the bed, your eyes instantly closing once your head hits the pillow.
