You grab your Hover-Board. It's not the latest model but it's one of the best. The LightningFly R13 by Hibaku Industries Ltd. It is thick plastic. Mostly bright orange with touches of yellow and a large bulbous white button on one end and a large rectangular button on the other. You pick up your board and head for the door. As you pass through the living room you pick up your thick, black rubber back up, shove your feet into a pair of calf high black combat boots, place a pair of black goggles with red lenses onto your forehead and throw on a black cloth, hooded trench coat and head out the door and towards the elevator.

You make your way through the lobby of your building. As you leave you smile and wave at the door man, Guss, sitting behind a high silver desk which blends seamlessly with the clean white decor of the lobby. "Have a pleasant day at school Kaji" The door man says in his rough, husky voice.

You stand on the noisy sidewalk. The sound of people on the ground and the humming and whizzing of vehicles in the air encompass you. You pull a small cord from the left hand side of your board and plug it into your wrist watch. From your wrist watch you pull two small ear-buds and place them into your ears. You push several buttons on your watch in a sequence and a graphic of a spinning disc is displayed on the face of your wrist device. Music begins to play.
You step on top of your board and place your left foot on the large round button at the top of the board while your right foot sits on the rectangular button on the back. You press another button on your wrist watch and the board begins to shake and slowly lift off of the ground. It floats just above the concrete. You place your right foot on the sidewalk and push your self forward across the ground. you continue and build up speed quickly. Both feet are on your Hover-Board now and you whiz past pedestrians. You look down at your watch as the music surrounds you and blocks out the noise of the real world. The time reads 7:53am. Time to kick it into high gear. You apply pressure to the rectangular button underneath your right foot and lean back. Forcing your weight behind you. Your board lifts up and shoots into the air. Your looking up and see a large turquoise car with blue light glowing from its under. You shift to the left and duck your head just missing it by inches. You go higher. Avoiding cars, buses and bikes. Your school is still 3 blocks away. You reach a peak of height and then come charging towards the earth. It looks as though your going to hit a massive truck but you pull up just in time. You turn right on a street. Zooming and cutting vehicles off. There's honking. You look back and laugh, but there's not time. You Turn left, right, left and go forward, moving as fast as your LightneningFly can go. dodging all manner of machine and building. There in the distance you see a shiny building. New Tech City. You look at your watch. 8:07am. "Yes!" you think to yourself. As you near the school you slow down and begin to shift your body weight forward. You dive towards the ground. Just as you near the concrete in front of your school you smoothly shift your body weight back and land right in front of a Womyn standing in front of the school. She is wearing a Maroon blazer over a cream colored blouse and a thick maroon and mustered colored skirt, with matching knee high, high-heeled boots. She looks displeasingly at you.

"8:08 AM... Your very nearly late Mr. Kaji Koyama." She makes notes on a sheet of paper secured to a clipboard.
You sigh and roll your eyes as you pick up your Hover-Board and move your goggles off of your eyes. "well, I'm fine; and you, Ms. Wanizame?" You reply sarcastically.
She ignores you. "Let's be on our way. I need to speak to your principal and all of your teachers." Ms. Wanizame says as she walks away from you and into the building. You make sure to keep up. You don't like or trust Ms. Wanizame very much, but your as polite to her as you can be so as not to give her a reason to lock up all of your money until your 21.

Ms. Wanizame leads you to your principals Office. Your principal is Mrs. Oten. She is a small chubby womyn who is very kind to you and seems to love her students; but she is also as tough and stern as she is nice.
In the meeting Ms. Wanizame and Mrs. Oten discuss your grades and behavior in school. Mrs. Oten praises you and tries to talk you up, but she does mention the lateness'. Even though the report from your teacher is on a good side, Ms. Wanizame still finds faults and tries to twist Mrs. Oten's words so has to make you look delinquent.

As you and Ms. Wanizame leave the principals office you spot Tenkuu in the distance of the crowded hallway. You call out his name and wave with a big smile on your face. He turns to the sound of your voice and maneuvers his way threw the sea of students to get to you. He reaches you and says "Hey, baby" as you peck each other on the lips. Ms. Wanizame is expressionless and merely raises an eyebrow and takes to her clipboard. Again you roll your eyes. Ms. Wanizame looks up: "Aren't you going to be late for..." you finish her statement "...lunch." Tenkuu turns to her, smiles large and tells her "we both have the same period of lunch. It's ideal for students in a relationship." You join in and smile sweetly and tell her that you, Tenkuu and some of your friends usually go off campus during your lunch break. "Well, that's crazy. I am sorry, but I cannot allow that. It's far too dangerous." Ms. Wanizame objects. you sigh and tell her fine. Tenkuu frowns and places his hand on your shoulder.
Ms. Wanizame had been following you threw out your day and even sat in on some of your classes. Her constant presents is starting to wear on your nerves and your thinking of ditching her in the crowd of students heading toward the lunchroom. The crowd will begin to dissipate in a few seconds when all the kids have gone into the lunchroom or there classes so if your going to ditch Ms. Wanizame you'd better do it right now. If you ditch her you'll have to get back to the lunchroom entrance by the time lunch is over. If she questions you about your disappearance you can say you simply lost her in the crowd; but if you get caught it could spell doom for your independence. If you stay for lunch Ms. Wanizame's personality could just drive you mad and embarrass you in front of your friends and classmates and ruin your reputation.
