Homicide and Havoc on Halloween

You start dashing across the street after Octavia, as fast as you can, yelling her name. You look behind you to see Scarlett chasing you when everything goes black. Something hit your head, and you were knocked unconscious.

You wake up in a dark room, and it is dead silent. You look around to see that you are in a hospital room, sitting up on a cot. You reach for the bar on the side of the cot, when your hand abruptly stops. Your hands are chained to the nearest wall, and so are your ankles. You feel nauseous and dehydrated.
