The Blast

He goes around his vault and looks for different parts he could try and fix the radio with., after-awhile he thinks he has the right tools to successfully fix the radio. He fidels with the radio for awhile and he finally just gives up on it. After-awhile he is sitting down in his cafe eating food in his vault when he hears the radio make a sound, he rushes to it and it sees that its turned on! He turns the fob that determines which station you're on and eventually he can hear a stacticy voice over the radio and it said "We are looking to help people , if you want us to come to your vault and bring you supplies contact us back through radio and we'll be on our way". This could be a good choice because they could give valuable resources or it could turn out hostile. Should you contact them back? or no.
