You decide to make the speech in Rome. You are welcomed and the citizens support you. After the speech, you are invited to visit the army's training grounds. That is very flattering to you, as only top ranking officials get to do that. You will go and inspect troops who are preparing to fight to defend the homeland in the Allied Invasion of Italy.
