The apartment of choices

You chose to watch out for him because he seems dangerous.You go up the elevator to check out your new fully furnished apartment. When you walk in the first thing you see is a small basic kitchen with outdated appliances and just a couple cabinets. You walk around a little more and check out your bed and bathroom It definitely needs some work, but its fine for now. You unpack the first suitcase and decide to go to bed for the night because its been a long day. You wake up the next morning to cars rushing by outside and the sunlight beaming though your windows. You decide to get up and start your day. You remember you have work today, so you start getting ready. You get into the elevator and that man is in there, you remember him from yesterday. You try to get out of the elevator but its to late and the door closes. He takes an aggressive step towards you and breaks the silence by saying "Did you sleep well your first night here?" You timidly reply "Yes, how did you know?"
" I saw you walk in yesterday with a bunch of luggage and assumed it was your first day." The elevator door opens and you rush out to catch your cab. After a long first day at work, you get back and walk towards the elevators. As the elevator doors are closing, you see a hand appear between the two doors to catch it before it closes completely.
