Doorways

You pick up the stick and hide it behind your back. You wait until the fairy zooms right up to your face, then you whack it with the stick. It lies there squirming, and then you pick it up.
"Hmm, maybe you can be my guide here, fairy," you tell it.
"What if I don't want to be?" it questions it a squeaky voice.
"Then I might use this stick to finish you off."
"Fi...fi....fine."
"Now, can you get me in that hut?"
"Don't knock on the door of the hut! It's very dangerous!"
