King Arthur HSA

You are the renowned Lancelot, famous for your wicked skill in combat, dazzling good looks, as well as your confident, but humble, personality.
You find a horse by the stream and decide to travel by horse to find the legendary castle of Camelot. The castle must surely be located near the stream, so you decide to follow the stream. Instinctively, you hope on the horse without missing a beat, as if you've done it a million times before. You tap the mare by its side and the horse begins to plod along the stream. Taking little respite from your journey, you pass by small townships and fields, only stopping to let the horse and yourself drink water from the stream. All day long, the intense heat bears down upon your body, the weight of the chain link armor making the journey no easier. Soon, the sun goes down, and you are relieved from the harsh rays.

Clop! Clop! You ride your horse down a beat down gravel path as the sunset gradually grows dark red. You let out a sigh of relief as you see the Camelot castle surface at the horizon, knowing that a day-long journey on horseback is soon at an end. Upon entering the castle, your mind races with thoughts as you recall the years of fighting that you’ve endured just to claim a spot at King Arthur’s Round Table. But as your thoughts jumble a thousand miles a minute, you catch the eye of a beautiful lady, and suddenly your mind slams on the brakes as you are greatly enamored by the lady’s lovely look.

“Queen Guenever,” you stammer as you lower your knee. “ I am Lancelot, son of King Ban of Benwick. It is such a pleasure to meet you.”

Although you have never met Guenever before, you instinctively identify her, as her appearance matches the rumors of Queen Guenever’s unrivaled grace and beauty. She curtsies politely in reply to your introduction.

“ My, my,” she says, “ You are more handsome than the rumors I’ve heard.”

She laughs as she walks away, and your face grows bright red. Although you are popular among girls, she is the first to make you feel this way. However, you immediately are tinged with regret, as you know you should not be thinking this of Arthur’s wife. What do you do?
