you are able to take out large amounts with your modified uzi's spray of shotgun shells, then you are trapped in a building infested with the undead scum. and one way out.
You have 4 choices:
plant c4, use last few uzi sprays to get their attention away from the door, and run for, while the c4 (exploding) goes off, clearing the area
use uzi to blast 'em all (with 15 bullets, possibly)
run away
break a window and jump (from the 5th floor)
