A Thing

You rip off the needles that are inside your arm and slowly get up. You suddenly feel very dizzy and see black spots in your eyes. Once the dizziness clears from your head you walk out of the room. You are in a long, dark hallway with dead bodies everywhere. There is a growling to your left, and to your right is a door. What do you do?
