The Quest 4 Bread

Hearing nothing you take one step onto the road and almost instantly a car speeds out of nowhere hitting you and causing you to launch into the air do a backward somersault into the sunroof of the speeding car. Landing in the passenger's seat you see it's your neighbor Ted in hot pursuit of the police from stealing a bunch of dough. "Hi Ted" you say "How are you today". "that doesn't m(b)atter right now grab that submarine (sandwich) gun and cover me!" Ted replies. What do you do?
