You are in control

You decide to go the healthy route and make a bowl of yoghurt with fruit and chocolate. You even feel healthier making it. You sit down at the dining table and scroll through facebook on your phone while you eat. You see the many fitness pages you follow and want to go to the gym after breakfast. So after you finish breakfast you set the dirty bowl in the sink and go upstairs to change. You open your closet and have to pick out a workout outfit. What will it be?
