Here is your backstory:
Y/N was playing in the backyard with some sticks when it first happened. Her parents weren't quite sure what had transpired at first, only that all of a sudden, their house was bright magenta and their 3-year-old seemed very proud. Little incidents happened throughout the years until Y/N's parents were completely perplexed as to how their daughter always managed to lose friends on the playground after incidents where witnesses had sworn that Y/N had flown, or tied their shoelaces with a glance, or made a couple of stray cats do an Irish jig. (Of course, as the witnesses were all children, these incidents were just chalked up to overactive imaginations.) Still, Mr. and Mrs. L/N (Lastname) were perfectly adamant that there was nothing wrong with their child, and continued to raise her in a normal fashion. Until, on one particularly unusual day after Y/N had turned eleven, there was a knock at the door. But who was it that stood there, in exceedingly odd clothing and bearing a letter written in green ink and sealed with wax?
