Summer fun
“Woah guys! I should make a video of this!” The still normal-sized middle schooler whispered from above.
“DUDE NO! FORGET IT! WE WANT OUT!!!” Tim yelled as loud as he could.
Danny's only response was a friendly smile. Since communication with the giant teen clearly wasn't happening, the only thing that the three boys could really do was just wait until Danny decided that it was time to grow them back.
“Oh wait, hold on guys, I think I left my cellphone down in the kitchen!” Danny stood up and eagerly darted out of the bedroom.
“DUDE WAIT!!” The three shouted as they watched Danny's massive face disappear from the opening above them. The powerful echos of his footsteps faded into the distance until there was only silence within their dark world.
As Danny descended the stairs, the door to the bedroom down the hall suddenly popped open.
Danny's nine year old brother Jacob stepped out into the hallway. The boy had just been busy playing minecraft when he heard some commotion going on down the hall. Figuring that it was probably his older brother and his friends, the curious young boy decided to snoop around like he usually did. He had always attempted to hang out with them whenever they were over, but his older brother always just shoo'd him away whenever he tried to.
As the barefoot fifth grader approached the doorway of his brother's bedroom, he immediately noticed that no one was inside. Though the boy was disappointed that he had probably just missed them, something else ended up capturing his attention.
There, sitting in the middle of the bedroom floor was one of his new sneakers.
"Huh...? The heck??" Jacob muttered to himself in confusion as he started to walk forward to retrieve it.
