A few months after your promotion, the British open fire on the Canton government offices for refusing trade. While most of the officials escaped harm, the cannon fire destroyed your office and the majority of your goods! Called by your countrymen "The Arrow Incident," it is likely that the British will return to Canton sometime in the future to exact unequal trade privileges on the city, likely through force.
