The woman scratches her head and pulls the man a little bit away from you. She turns and whispers in his ear while staring at you weirdly. You can hear part of what she is saying, which is: "I... is... mental issues... plan B... hostage... school..."
You freak out and try to scream for help. However, the man already stuffed a tissue into your mouth and saliva comes out instead. They leave the room for a while and this is your chance to escape. Before they leave the man comes back and yell at you: "Don't you try anything stupid. The door is locked and the key is with me. We will blast your head with no hesitation if you try to escape."
They leave and you:
