Zombie Apocalypse

With the Hunting Knife, you grab it & stab it through the lower bottom, rising the blade upwards to the head of the infected lurker. The lurker slowly tries to slash you, but fades to it's death. You then throw the corpse off towards the floor, limping from the attack, you see a door to another room, what do you do?
