The Curse of the Towne Motel

You walk around to the other side of the garden, and spot the shed. It, to your surprise, is a two-story shed! "Weird" You say to yourself as you trudge through the wet grass. You enter the shed and spot a ring of several different keys. You also spot a chainsaw, which is out of gass, but still might be useful. There beside the chainsaw is a small tank of gas that you can use for your car. But there in the corner... is a spare tire! You can only grab two things, so what'll it be?
