Beautiful Melody

Suddenly my head was spinning, heart began racing and jumped into my throat. I quickly backed out the open door. “Feelin’ a tad wonky?” my dad’s spoke from behind me. Not trusting my voice I gave a nod turning around to face him. “Here, calm your nerves.” he put a cig in my mouth and lit it as he walked past me into the house. I took a long drag and looked around as I exhaled.

To the left I noticed our new neighbors house, I watched as three girls exited the house.
