The Mystic Adventures of Dorian

Dorian waits a few moments before asking, "well?" But his response is met only by the sound of shallow and fast breathing.

"Wait a minute...are you hyperventilating?" he asks. Silly question, because if she was she couldn't really answer. He tries to get her to calm down, and tells her to breathe more slowly, asking if she has any paper bags around. He's not really sure if she can hear or understand him, however. What happens next?
