You ask him about the coded message and he (surprisingly) is quite useful. He remembers the meanings of three of the codewords.
'Pants' is a small island in the Bahamas which he posts the co-ordinates for.
'Cthulu' is a notorious international hitman known as 'Rubberhead'. This fiend had his whole head rebuilt out of rubber by a sinister organisation, and can withstand any number of assaults to it!
He also mentioned that 'The Platypus Cavorts' is an evil villian working for Dr Rather Nasty called Even Job. He's an Italian bloke who slices off the heads of people using diamond edged pizzas.
