Hollywood or Bust

You walk over to the Big Six Wheel. It has a low table minimum, and looks fairly easy. All you do is place bets on 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 or Joker. If your bet wins, you are paid that many times your bet in return (1 to 1, 2 to 1, etc., up to 40 to 1 for the Joker.)

You have heard that this game is a "sucker bet" but decide to give it a try anyway.

After several bets you realize why it's actually a sucker's game. But you can't stop placing bets.

You wind up losing everything - you put your house, car, and even your pet goldfish down as collateral to get casino credit. Now you're screwed.

Next time, don't play a game that has a 20% house edge!
