Time Traveller

You climb down the tree, breathing a sigh of relief, but you know that raptors are not that stupid, and you realise your mistake as a snarl drifts from the underbrush. You turn towards the sound, and a heavy weight lands on your back. You are shoved face down in the dirt, and struggle, but it is no good. The raptor takes your neck in it's jaws, and you can only hope that it is over quickly.
