You switch on the TV, and the news are on. A man says, "Well, today a massive tidal wave hit Kansas. Many are left homeless, and without shelter. Here is Hal with live footage." The scene moves to another reporter with a raincoat on. He seems drenched from the rain falling around him, and starts talking about damage caused by the storm. Houses appear on the screen half-buried underwater. You stare in amazement, realizing that Kansas is in the middle of the Continental USA. You shut the TV off, and contemplate. After a while, you decide to take action and try to get out of this house and figure out where you are. You get off the couch and start walking down the hallway. To your left is an open door with light coming through. To your right is a dark room.
