Fan Fic: Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?

A visit to Madrid would not be complete without a trip to the Park of Pleasant Retreat. The state of Madrid is located in the center of Spain and is its political and economic center as well. Located in Madrid is the city of Madrid, Spain's capital and its largest and most populous city. The Park of Pleasant Retreat, or Parque del Buen Retiro to locals, is the main park of the city of Madrid and home to the Alfonso XII Monument. Alfonso XII was the King of Spain from 1875 to 1885 and his monument, a semicircular series of columns around a tall central tower topped by an equestrian statue of Alfonso XII, was erected in 1922. The Park of Pleasant Retreat is also filled with beautiful sculptures, trees, galleries, and fountains, making it somewhat of an outdoor museum.
