She is a supremely cunning and intelligent thief, having eluded ACME so far despite our best efforts. Carmen has been behind the philching of countless priceless artifacts and historical landmarks since establishing VILE. Her past includes a brief stint working as an ACME Agent. Rumor has it that she solved more crimes than anyone else at the agency ever to date, until she decided that catching crooks was just too darn easy. She switched to the other side and dedicated herself to outwitting the best minds at ACME. She also picked up her trademark red trenchcoat and fedora hat look while working here.
