"I'm going to stay up here for a little longer," said Calvin. "Just make sure you're up in a couple hours."
Microphone nodded and walked back the way he had come.
Calvin remained on the rock, smoking away the last of his tobacco and looking off into the endless plains where he would soon lead some of his men to death, and (if whatever force decided destinies willed it) some to another victory.
