Pandemic
Though you have had no experience piloting, you realize you must in order to rescue the passengers aboard. You rush to the wheel, grabbing it as it spun out of control. You are able to stop the plane from spinning, but you have no idea how to stop the rapid decrease in altitude that the plane is suffering from. You only have 100 feet to go before you hit ocean. Panicking, you begin pushing random buttons and pulling random levers. Suddenly, you hear the cough of an engine as the plane shuts down. Now there is no way to control the plane. 100 feet later, you hit the ocean waters and slowly begin to sink. Water crashes through the windows, and soon, you are up to your waist in water. You wade through the water, trying to get to the unconscious pilot before it is too late. However, you are unable to find him and conclude that he is lost. Very soon afterwards, you are up to your neck. It is now difficult to move, and as the water steadily rises over your nose and mouth, you realize you had no chance to start with, driving the plane.
