The Island of Destiny
"So, you guys are looking for treasure on this island?" you ask.
Cap'n Bones does little more than grumble under his breath. Obviously he's getting annoyed with all of your questioning, so you take the hint and just stop talking.
All of a sudden, you feel a vibrating in your pocket. You completely forgot that you still had your cell phone in your pocket, but last time you checked it on the island it didn't work at all! You wonder who on earth could actually be calling you right now?
But as you look at your phone in dismay, you realize that the vibrating was just signaling your phone shutting off from low battery. You are about to slide it back in your pocket when Bones asks, sounding almost frightened "Matey, what's that?"
"Umm..this?" you ask, holding up your phone. "Just an average cell phone, nothing special."
"Yarrgh!" Cap'n Bones yells and Shmitty stops rowing. "Lookit here Shmitty, we got ourselves some black magic on this boat."
"Wait, black magi-" you begin but Cap'n Bones lets out a yell that makes you shut your mouth. The next thing you know, you are being hoisted by Shmitty out of the boat and the next moment, you go splashing into the water. The boat starts to row away and you can hear Cap'n Bones laughing aloud.
"Harharhar, so long magician!" the pirate calls. You are treading water like mad, but the waves are too much and eventually you tire out and drown.
A few hours later on the boat, Cap'n Bones is examining your phone. He pushes all of the buttons but for the life of him cannot figure out what the damn thing's purpose is. Frustrated, he tosses it nonchalantly overboard and walks away, whistling to himself.
"Bloody witchcraft," he mutters.
