Serial Rapist

You shuffle around trying to think of things you'll tell Tessa. You figure it really can not hurt to hang out with her today, although it could really hurt if you made a move and the both of you get caught.

All too soon you hear those crescendo footsteps again. This time there are a pair of footsteps. Mrs. Young opens the door. She's standing behind Tessa, who looks shorter and smaller than your remember her being in school. Mrs. Young has her hands on Tessa's back, moving her forward. It gives you the sensation Tessa is being gifted.

"What time would you like me to bring Tessa back by?"

Mrs. Young shrugs. "You two have fun. I haven't started dinner yet... are you planning on feeding Tessa or should I make dinner for three?" She smiles, like she's got some secret.

"I think I can get her back by dinnertime." You say cooly and with a smile.

You don't mean to exclude Tessa. If you're going to get any pussy out of her - this isn't the way you should go about it.

"Hey Tessa. We haven't talked in a long time." (Well of course you hadn't.) "Just thought you might want to hang out. You know."

Tessa doesn't really show much of a reaction, but Mrs. Young smiles.

"I'm leaving you two alone now. God will be with both of you, watching over you. Have fun kids!"

With that, she closes the door, leave Tessa standing uncomfortably beside you. Curse that woman! "God will be with both of you, watching over you." What a load of crap. Tessa is probably going to be all God-minded and chaste.

You look up into Tessa's eyes - trying to make full eye contact. Her eyes dodge around yours and she's standing holding herself like its cold out - despite the whole-body warmth the weather offers.

"Hey you! Let's just walk around for a bit. I didn't really have any plans... just really wanted to hang out with you." You note her face flushes, but make a point of not revealing you noticed. Instead you start walking and Tessa starts walking with you. She isn't really walking next to you... its almost like she's trailing you.

You slow down and move to the side, forcing her to walk next to you.

"How did you do on that math test, huh? I heard you did really good." You prompt her with a direct question.

Surprising you, Tessa replies, "I really like math. I have a natural talent for limits too I think." She leaves her response short - but it was friendly and more than you've ever heard out of her in school.

You loop around the neighborhood several times. You note that Tessa isn't asking you anything or starting any conversations herself, but she had significantly increased with how much detail she responded to your questions and observations.

She actually seems to be pretty relaxed. She's stopped holding her arms with her hands and her shoulders don't look like Atlas's any more.

"Hey, back to that conversation about the childhood memories - I remember building a tree fort way back when. Years ago."

Tessa nods. It's her silent way of saying, "I'm listening."

"I mean... you want to see if it hasn't fallen down with me?"

This wasn't part of any plan. You had genuinely forgotten about your old fort.

Tessa smirks just a little and murmurs an "alright."

You lead Tessa off of the street into the entrance to the one piece of woods your suburban neighbor hood let survive.
