The Great Conflict

You wait until one of the guards passes you and then you quickly sneak up behind him and in one motion snap his neck. Unfortunately, the other guard notices this and manages to land a blow with his enhanced staff before you can crush his throat with a blow, killing him as well. The hit you received from the staff was not physically hard enough to harm you, but the energy it was infused with passed through your protective suit and into your bone, shattering it. Your super-bionic enhanced organ systems are able to recover from the blow enough so that you may press onward, but several of your ribs have been splintered to small fragmented pieces from the hit and you are injured. Make note of this injury.
