The Adventures of King Richard

The year is 113 of the Second Age of Reclamation. You are Richard, supreme ruler of the lands of Europa. It's a new day and you've just woken up from a particularly restful slumber. As you stretch your arms to the ceiling and slowly sit up in bed, you notice a mysterious note resting on the bedside table to your right. The note is written in a foreign language that you can't understand, but perhaps one of your aides can decipher it for you.
