Digimon Transverse

"Cyberdramon!" Akiyama Ryo shouted. He could do little to cease his Digimon partner. Its mind no longer belongs to Cyberdramon now but that of Zeed. All Ryo was able to do was watch 'Cyberdramon' in despair as it seek return to its original form, Zeed Millenniummon.

In the 1940s, the ABC (Atanasoff–Berry Computer) was activated. Unbeknownst to its human creators, it became sentient and used the data processed into its CPU by the humans to form a planet in a dimension parallel to our own. That planet would be known today as the Digital World Neo, the 'first' of its kind. Later, when the ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer), a computer of a more advanced nature (and of equal sentiency) was switched on, it proceeded to build upon the foundations of Digital World Neo. Like the ABC, the ENIAC was able to consciously materialize the information put into its CPU by the humans into digital objects, such as mountains, seas, and even sentient creatures known to us today as Digimon (shorthanded title of of 'Digital Monsters').
As more advanced computers are created, four more planetary systems were successfully generated in other dimensions, bordering near parallel versions of our planet Earth contained in those dimensions. In the order of time of their creation, they were called, (Digital World) "Alpha," "Beta," "Gamma," and "Delta." The events occurring in them were seemingly recorded by us in the form of children television show and video games in our world. The accuracy of the records denied their creation as mere coincidences.
In the Digital World that was materialized fourth, D-World Gamma (as portrayed in the anime, "Digimon Adventure", in our world), a Digimon called "Millenniummon" came into existence. A dying Machinedramon and Chimeramon were fused into this horrific controller of time. However, soon after its birth, it was stopped from performing terrible acts by a human child named Akiyama Ryo, seemingly deleted from existence.
But, somehow, it revived itself and attacked Gamma again. After being defeated again twice (resulting in a total count of three defeats), its fourth reappearance was through a much more powerful form, which will be the main antagonist of the RP, called Zeed Millenniummon. However, it, too, was once again stopped of its chaotic deeds, but not by Ryo, this time, but by a Digimon (called Monodramon) forcing a fusion with Zeed, reducing both of them into a single Digi Egg. With Zeed's data now within Monodramon, it was able to evolve itself into its Complete form, called Cyberdramon. However, due to the same reason, Cyberdramon's temperament was a violent one and had to be controlled by its new partner, Ryo.
But, even with Ryo's friendship, Cyberdramon's mind was soon reduced to that of only Zeed. It took over Cyberdramon's body and ran away from Ryo, seeking to evolve into its own powerful body once again and thus, bringing chaos into all the Worlds once more.
While searching for a powerful energy source to do so, a voice called out to it from another dimension deprived of any light, called the "Dark Area". Barbamon was the summoner. It offered Zeed more than just the return of its original body, but also the a way in removing the chains of fractal code data that which restrained its powers and the crystal that which trapped its body. It has to absorb the souls of 'pure' children and their partner Digimon. Naturally, Zeed was pleased. However, despite its somewhat reckless history, it was able to smell a rat in the deal. Barbamon was notorious as a Demon Lord to be the most cunning out of the Seven.
As it has suspected, Barbamon asked of Zeed to be its servant for an eternity. To Zeed, it claimed, an eternity would be nothing when it was able to travel through time, and that it would help Zeed to be successful in its battles having a strategist as its master. Determined to make attempts in secretly escaping the Demon Lord once it returned to its old body and gained the power Barbamon promised, Zeed agreed to the deal. As soon as it did, its Cyberdramon body was burned away as it grew in size, finally returning to the form that it was, still having the two chains of fractal code around its torso.
Nevertheless, another restrain was formed, this time secured on Zeed's mind. Before Zeed realized the trickery, its mind was already under control by the Demon Lord itself. With the power to travel between space and time, Barbamon held one of the most powerful force in all realities, with the force being the most powerful of all once it removed its chains and the crystal that trapped its lower body. However, it feared that upon the removal of those, Zeed would be too powerful to be controlled. Barbamon itself needed an energy source, too, to enhance its own power.
For the moment, it was merely time to summon the children to the Digital World Gamma and have them become the pure beings they need to be, while it searches for that energy source...
