Baker sits in the pub in Charlotte, pondering what went wrong in life. Lord Jake from State Farm was gonna revoke his house, his wife left him for Ben DiNucci, and he was in a battle with a man who only saw ghosts. Baker asked for another beer (his 10th of the night) anger boiled in him. He smashed his 9th cup to the floor and left the bar. The night was warm, his heart was cold. Baker headed for Scott Fitterer's house, which was all the way on Carolina mt. Rushmore. He was going to beg for his spot knowing he had nothing left.
