New life on wings

Peacekeeper was the least nightwing nightwing she ever new. And there were some pretty bad ones. Hearing wingbeats behind her, and knowing she was found, she had to fly. Scrambling for her egg, she jumped onto the air and flew. Pumping her wing as fas as she could, she bolted away from the other nightwings. She shivered. ‘What if I never see her?’ Suddenly, five nightwings flew up from underneath and blocked her path. There was a hole underneath her... it was small. Then she noticed that these nightwings were the weakest in her class a few years back. They might have changed though...
