Tunnels

All you can see is black. Your head hurts, it's throbbing, heartbeat pulsing violently.
You can feel moisture on your body, on a surface. You open your eyes and your vision is blurry, but you can make out lines and light.
As you sit up your vision clears and you can see jagged scratches on your arms and a rip on the front of your shirt.
The throbbing in your head stops, and only silence, only the echo of water dripping from somewhere.

You're in a circular concrete room, dark grey, and the light is coming down from a square lamp in the ceiling.
"What the hell happened?" you think, and realize the moisture you felt was from the floor. There's a very thin layer of water on the concrete surface.

There's a note on the wall, and you try to stand up. Your knees almost give out, but you eventually stabilize yourself and walk over to investigate it.
Your vision still a bit hazy in the dull room, you grab the note and pull it closer to your aching eyes.
"If you value your life, get out of here," it reads. The words have been scrawled frantically. Someone was in a hurry, whoever wrote it.
Other than the note, there's nothing else that sticks out.

You put the note in your pocket and look down a hallway which seems to be the only way out, similar to this room, dimly lit and made of concrete.
Behind you is a metal door with a device on the wall next to it, looks like a keypad of some sort.
