Mysterious Cheesy Escape
Blink.
Your eyes flutter open.
Wha...? Where are you? Drowsily propping yourself up on one elbow, you rub your eyes and then try to clear your head. It feels as if a spidery web has grown over your memory. Thinking hard, you suddenly realize what happened last night:
You were walking home from your friend's house, slightly tired out. The road was deserted and there wasn't a person in sight - and then you heard the screech of car wheels. A shiny black van pulled up next to you. The last thing you remember is a bulky man stepping out and slamming a bag down over your head.
Kidnapped! A rush of terror fills you before slowly seeping away. Wherever you are, you have to get out. After you calm down a bit, you look around the room you are in. That's when you notice how odd it is.
It's a large chamber but looks as if nobody has been in there for ages. The walls are made from cobblestone and mottled with spots of moss. An old, broken-down red carpet is beneath you, trimmed in gold. You gaze upwards to find a crumbling crystal chandelier with half of it missing. Deteriorating tapestries and a large oil painting hang from the walls. You spot a pair of double doors a meters away.
Why, it looks exactly like an abandoned... castle.
