A dead body in a bed, AND you're hung over!

You wake up... It's a hotel room. A dark, dirty, gritty room with everything soiled more than you thought they could be. You count yourself lucky to have running water, although it's grimy most of the time. You can still taste the vodka in your mouth from the party yesterday. The mind's a blank. Once you get through the headache, you have to deal with the fact that there's a dead body on the bed. Female, doesn't look older than 25. She's slashed violently; I can see blood splatter everywhere, even the dirty ceiling. By the looks of the blood on your shirt, you slept in the same bed as the dead girl. What do you do?
