This story only "works" if someone is a regular LoL player... but even then, they'd get more enjoyment from actually playing the game itself.
I'd suggest a re-write where you go the "fan fic" route, and either expand the canonical bios of 3-4 characters, or else elaborate on your favorite 3-4 characters' assumed identities (what you alone imagine them to be like).
