Kamp Kuma

I followed him past a fire pit and to a large wooden building with a sign labeling the building as ‘Dining Hall’. I could hear voices inside, so it seemed like a lot of people were there. In that instant, I got very nervous. What if I hurt one of the other Ultimates like I did with that squirrel? It wouldn’t be intentional of course, but it could still happen.

The door was slightly open, so Doro kicked it wide open. No one inside bothered to look at who just walked in. “I’m pretty sure you were the only one not here, that’s why I went to find you.” He said as he walked past two full tables of people chatting. We walked over to a table near the back of the room with only two other people at it. “These, Danger, are our roommates!” Doro said, using jazz hands to make his introduction more dramatic.

The two looked over at Doro’s words. One wore a dark, wide-brimmed hat with a part of it cut off and a striped suit. He had a briefcase on the floor next to him. The other wore an all blue suit that kinda looked like a security uniform. He had a very fancy jewel pinned to the collar as well. “That,” Doro said, pointing at the one with the jewel,”Is Ammon Ritter. He’s the Ultimate Guard.”

Ammon nodded sleepily at Danger, his silent way of saying hello. Danger waved awkwardly back.

Doro continued,”And the one is the striped suit is-”

The other sprung up from his seat upon being mentioned,”Itami Shigoto! Ultimate Businessman, and when I tell you that it is such a pleasure to meet you, sir, I sure do mean it!”

“Doro said your name is Danger.” Ammon said, with little emotion,”What’s your Ultimate, then?”

“Oh, um. Danger is my middle name. I usually go by it because I’m the Ultimate Safety Hazard.” I responded hesitantly.

“Safety Hazard?” Ammon wondered aloud, giving me an odd look.

“Safety Hazard?!” Itami repeated with more dramatic flair,”Well, that sure sounds like you could use some insurance! Now, I understand that it can be pricey, but–”

“I-I’m good, actually.” Danger said, feeling bad for interrupting,”Every insurance company knows my name by now and they do not like me very much.”

“Haha!” Doro grinned, pulling out a chair for Danger to sit,”Gotta love him. Now, what are we having for breakfast?”
