Viking Raider

You are a Nordic Viking named Ragnarr. You are raiding the English kingdoms of Wessex, Mercia, and Northumbria. You start in command a crew of 20 highly skilled vikings. Your starting location is in Denmark.. After a successful siege, you can choose to take the castle for yourself and claim it, burn it down, take everyone as slaves and take all the loot, or any combination of the three choices and more. Combat is very easy. After sieging a capital, you will take the ruler of that realm prisoner. You can hold that ruler for ransom, force them to abdicate to you, execute them, torture them, and many more! You can also send messengers to communicate with the rulers. You can make alliances with other rulers in your home countries of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. You can recruit fearsome vikings in your home countries, or you can recruit trained soldiers in England after you capture a keep. You can use Longships to navigate rivers and the North Sea. Crossing the North Sea from Denmark, Norway, or Sweden takes around 10 days and you can get caught in storms where you might end up in nearby locations. You can also raid France, which is known to have the rich province of Paris. You can also raid other provinces such as Neustria.
