You grab her waist and jump against the window, bracing yourself as you break through it and fall through the air. Your reflexes save you and you land on both feet, then you turn around and gaze back up at them. If you run now, they'll follow and most likely call reinforcments. You're also too tired to outrun all of them while protecting her at the same time. Your only option is to kill them all.
"What's your name, stranger?" She asks. You draw a blank.
"I don't know. Yours?"
"Shenna. Let me help you fight them."
